We use this information only to respond to enquiries, discuss projects, provide our services, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed through third-party services used to operate our website, forms, hosting, or communication systems, which may have their own privacy policies. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes.
Project Terms: Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and revision limits will be based on the terms agreed with the client before work begins. Delays in providing required content, information, approvals, or access may affect the project timeline. Third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, and external tools are subject to their respective providers' terms and availability.
Payments & Refunds: An advance payment is required before project work begins. The remaining balance will be payable according to the agreed payment schedule and must be cleared before final delivery or transfer of the completed website. Fees for work already completed and third-party services or resources already purchased are non-refundable. Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to the specific terms agreed for the project.
Domain & Hosting: Where included in the agreed package, domain registration is provided for the first year. From the second year onward, the domain must be renewed at the applicable renewal fee, which will be payable by the client. Hosting is subject to the selected hosting plan and its applicable renewal charges. Domain and hosting availability ultimately depends on the respective service provider.
Ownership & Intellectual Property: Upon completion of the project and receipt of all agreed payments, the client receives the agreed ownership or usage rights for the final website deliverables. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, software, and other assets remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Any transfer of copyright or other intellectual-property rights will be governed by the written project agreement.
Portfolio Usage: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Satyamwebs may display completed website work in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, and case studies for promotional purposes. Client confidential information will not be intentionally disclosed.
